Recruitment sets sights on future

Because we think this is a fundamental part of our development, CS places its human resources (HR) policy at the heart of its organization. At the request of general management, technical staff management and HR management worked hand-in-hand to draw up a continuing competency plan in support of group strategy.

Expertise, service spirit and teamwork on large projects are the three priorities for developing our teams.

The recruitment plan implemented is in complete accord with the challenges that face the group: confirm our position as a key player for the critical systems and infrastructures of our customers, and show our will to boost sales development beyond France. Recruitment of strategic skills is paramount to CS taking off.

In 2009, the recruitment plan calls for hiring 200 people within about 40% of strategic skill categories:

• experts in technological or market-sector fields,
• contract managers, capable mainly of running projects abroad,
• architects to design effective, robust and secure systems and infrastructures.

Anticipate mastering the technologies of tomorrow, help its employees to advance at every level, or work with them in moving on to new challenges – these are major concerns in the development of CS.
