Startingfrom an information system with sufficient performance, Command Information Centers (C.I.C.) P.E.G.A.S.E. aims to make available to national police operational command posts there sources needed to improve handling of emergency calls, the subsequent dispatching, and the quality of service delivered to the citizenry while alsoenhancing our police officers' security. Our main objectives are improvements in:

• taking emergency calls, specifically limiting the time emergency callers have to wait on hold, geo-locating the call origin, and correctly transferring low-priority calls,
• dispatching assignments to the field, reducing police officers' response time and enhancing their security, thanks to the geo-positioning of teams,
• police presence in the field, thanks to optimized deployment of personnel.

In parallel, CS has developed a nationwide, electronic complaint-filing application, integrated with the system.
